Description
- Manage and oversee the engineering service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement service strategies in line with organisational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and improve service performance metrics.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Liaise with customers to address service-related concerns and maintain strong relationships.
Profile
As the successful Service Manager you will have:
- A strong background in the HVAC industry.
- Experience in managing and developing people across service operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement service strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements would be advantageous.
Job Offer
