Macildowie are delighted to be working exclusively on a unique EA opportunity supporting the Chairman. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact by ensuring both the professional and personal aspects of the Chairman's life run seamlessly.

You'll be a trusted, proactive right-hand, managing a busy diary, handling confidential matters, and ensuring actions are completed to the highest standard. The role will suit an experienced EA, ideally from an SME background, who thrives on variety and can juggle shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and inbox management, including prioritising and responding on behalf of the Chairman.

  • Organising UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Preparing for and arranging meetings; occasional minute-taking.

  • Managing personal admin: property maintenance, vehicle servicing, appointments.

  • Processing expenses and basic accounts-related tasks.

  • Supporting ad-hoc business projects.

About You:

  • Experienced EA with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional, discreet, and confident communicating at senior level.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable with occasional out-of-hours support in rare urgent situations.

  • Proficient in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.
