Location - Nottingham

Salary - £26,000-£27,000 per annum

Hours - Hybrid Role (3 days in office)

Working in this role you need to be a great communicator and able to be a team player as this is an exciting role working with various people in various legal settings. Key Skills/Responsibilities

General administrative duties including filing photocopying scanning etc.

Filing of all documentation required securely and electronically to various systems

Collating all required documentation correctly saving this into a secure location

Use the external CRM system to check in and update legal staff on appropriate matters

Answering all incoming calls transferring to the correct person/department

Support in internal and external events that take place when required.

Chase legal staff for correct documentation, including the processing, filing when required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a legal setting preferable
  • Experience working in a professional setting preferable
  • Be able to adapt and be proactive in a corporate environment
  • Great telephone manner
