You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils, fostering a love for learning and encouraging their personal growth. Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents, you will contribute to the holistic development of each child, helping them reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.Establish effective communication channels with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching primary-aged children, preferably within a UK-based setting.Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.I am very keen to speak with Teachers that feel like they would be suited to the role.
