Our client, Nottinghamshire County Council, is seeking a Social Worker for the Ageing Well for Newark and Sherwood Community Team, based in Ollerton.
Pay rate available is £34.91 umbrella.

Details of the role:
- Managing a caseload of older adults, often with complex needs such as dementia and/or physical health issues
- Completing Care and Support Assessments
- Undertaking Care Act assessments
- Mental capacity assessments
- Best interests decisions
- Duty roles in responding to crisis situations
- Safeguarding investigations
- Some Mental Health discharge work
- MH tribunals
- Continuing Healthcare work
- MDT work
- Liaising with other agencies
- Planning placements
- Mosaic case recording system
- Hybrid working
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
- Ideal candidate will have specialist experience of safeguarding adults as well as complex case work
