Housing Association seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to support our property services team. This role focuses on day-to-day repairs and the diagnosis and resolution of damp and mould issues across our housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:Carry out property inspections and surveys to assess repair needs and identify damp and mould issuesPrepare detailed reports and specifications for remedial worksOversee and manage contractors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryLiaise with residents, providing clear communication and support throughout the repair processEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and housing standards
