Sonic Summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking an Alcohol Recovery Worker for a temporary contract with a charity, focusing on clients with alcohol misuse issues.
The position requires managing a high caseload of complex cases and completing comprehensive assessments, care plans, and risk assessments.
The role offers 30 hours per week over 4 days, with pay rates up to £18.14 PAYE per hour (exclusive of holiday pay) or £20.33 PAYE per hour (inclusive of holiday pay).
Candidates should have experience managing a high caseload of complex clients and excellent safeguarding knowledge, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a relevant role preferred.
In addition to competitive pay, the position includes a £250 referral bonus and a £150 sign-up bonus for new workers.

Service Care Solutions are currently working with a charity to fill a Temporary contract for aAlcohol RecoveryWorker.This role will be closely managing a caseload ofclients with Alcohol Misuse Issues.

30 Hours per week, 4 days.

Pay up to - 18.14 PAYE Per Hour - Exclusive of Holiday Pay
20.33 PAYE Per Hour - Inclusive of Holiday Pay
23 Umbrella ratePer Hour

Duties of a Alcohol Recovery Worker

Completing Comprehensive Assessments
Managing a high caseload of complex cases
Completing Care Plans & Risk Assessments
Working closely with Substance Misuse clients known to theService
Enable service users to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing & recovery support activities

Minimum requirements forAlcohol Recovery Worker

Knowledge of completing Comprehensive Assessments
Experience managing a high caseload of complex clients
Able to manage acaseload of Alcohol Clients
Excellent safeguarding knowledge
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Able to identify risks and take appropriate action
