PAY RATE: £14.50 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
Working as a Warehouse Operative / Bendi FLT Driver your duties will include:
- Driving/Operating a Bendi FLT safely and efficiently
- Conducting inspections of the FLT and reporting any faults to management
- Receiving goods into the warehouse
- Stowing pallets
- Picking and packaging of customer orders
- Ensuring all items loaded/unloaded match relevant paperwork
- Reporting any damaged/missing items to warehouse managers/supervisors
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy and maintaining warehouse equipment
- Assisting with inventory control
- Moving goods around the warehouse as and when required
- General warehouse and labourer duties
- Adhering to health and safety at all times
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- A valid Bendi FLT licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
- Experience operating a Bendi FLT
- Physically fit as this is a physical role involving heavy lifting
- Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Good spatial awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Team player
Desirable Experience
- Previous picking and packing experience
- Previous warehouse experience
Training
- Industry related training and ongoing support
