Job Description

At All Aspects Financial, we provide personalised financial planning services including pensions and mortgage advice. We help individuals and businesses across the UK make informed financial decisions. Integrity, simplicity, and transparency are central to our approach, ensuring our clients fully understand their financial journey and achieve their goals.

Due to recent and future anticipated growth, we are looking to take on a Senior Financial Services Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the financial advice team and director with tasks crucial to the smooth operation of the business. This can include:

  • Day to day administration tasks, including managing client accounts, pulling off reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Income reconciliation
  • Liaising with clients and providers where needed
  • Writing advice reports and performing basic analysis
  • LOA’s and checking information is correct to give advice
  • Processing new business and keying transactions
  • Onboarding new advisers
  • Creating guides and contributing to improving existing processes
  • File quality checking
  • Developing new process and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of working operations

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Quick learner, adaptable and open to new challenges
  • Experience working for an IFA, and competent knowledge of IFA operations and products
  • Confident with technology, computers and the basic Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel).
  • Confident using and interacting with AI
  • Professional, articulate and engaging with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • At least 3 years experience working in an IFA firm

Must haves

· Recent experience working in an IFA firm within the backoffice/administration team

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience performing income reconciliation at a directly authorised firm

· Ability to write basic advice reports for pensions, start to finish.
