Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 bonus

Key responsibilities:

  • Following up on warm, marketing-generated leads and converting interest into qualified meetings
  • Managing partner-referred leads and delivering a high-quality, responsive experience
  • Booking and coordinating Teams/sales meetings for senior team members
  • Engaging with event attendees to drive follow-ups and secure future participation
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records for full pipeline visibility and reporting
  • Using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and drive outreach activity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales in a B2B professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience booking meetings or qualifying leads in a commercial setting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Digitally savvy, with a positive approach to AI and tech-enabled selling
  • Own transport essential
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and driven to hit KPIs in a fast-paced environment
