This is a permanent position with a salary range of £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience.

The General Builder will have to complete:

Mould washing, stain block & thermal painting
Installing air bricks
Installing vents
Lowering ground level
Installing French drains

The successful General Builder will have:

Minimum of NVQ level 2 or have proven experience working in the trade
Strong health and safety knowledge
6 or less points on licence
A clean DBS
