Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and delivering planned maintenance contracts within the social housing sector
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Problem-solving and resolving issues that arise during project execution
- Managing budgets, cost control, and ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives
- Leading and mentoring project teams to achieve project success
