Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve:

  • Delivering end-to-end customer service, managing expectations with timely and accurate information.
  • Processing RMA Reports, replacements, refunds, and orders in SAP with precision.
  • Collaborating with the ASS department to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with third-party logistics (3PL) for prompt delivery of orders and collecting proof of delivery (POD) within 48 hours.
  • Communicating proactively with customers via email and telephone, creating a positive experience.
  • Logging and resolving customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and updating information in SAP.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Learning about our client's products and staying updated on any changes.

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Working Relationships:

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate with various teams, including UK Sales, Business Operations and other EU subsidiaries.
