On offer is an exciting, local opportunity to join the friendly office team of a well-established, multi-million turnover SME who pride themselves on looking after staff in a role offering the chance to increase your earnings through a bonus and to continually develop your career.

This company are a leader in LED lighting who provide their products into the commercial industry globally, and have been doing so for over 18 years. Due to a coworker moving on they are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team.

This varied role will see you be one of the first port of calls for all customer enquiries via all channels into the business, as you work in a tight-knit office team and support the account manager through upselling and providing basic product support. You will also handle complaints and provide solutions to ensure smooth process and operation of the department as you work in office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

This role would suit a candidate with Customer Service experience who is looking for a stable Monday to Friday position, a varied workload and the chance to join a growing company who offer stability and ongoing development.

The Role:

• Handle customer enquiries
• Process orders, credits and returns
• Liaise closely with account manager and other office team members
• Support sales through upselling and producing quotes
• Handle complaints to completion and assist with resolving issues

• Order Processing and Phone Customer Service experience
• Looking for an office based role
• Commutable to Newbury
