Business Development Executive – Software Division

Their client is a leading provider of Unified Communications, Audio Visual, UV Solutions Services and collaboration solutions.Due to exciting and ongoing growth, they are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their lovely team.

If you are a driven and proactive individual and ready to grow with a team at the forefront of UCaaS (Unified Communications) and Cloud software, then you could be the person they are looking for to join their Software Division and help drive exciting growth across their partner network.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying and converting new business opportunities across their channel partners. You’ll work closely with their Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to help grow the presence of cutting-edge solutions like Zoom, Five9, and Microsoft Teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities
  • Engaging resellers to drive software adoption and identify upsell opportunities
  • Supporting go-to-market campaigns and events
  • Building pipeline and hitting outreach & revenue KPIs
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Staying on top of the latest UCaaS, CCaaS, and collaboration trends

What You’ll Bring

  • Have B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or distribution
  • Love outbound activity and building strong partner relationships
  • Are confident presenting software solutions and telling the “value story”
  • Have experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with vendors like Microsoft, Zoom, or in the UC space!
