A nurturing and inclusive SEN and SEMH school in West Berkshire is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role supporting children and young people with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and trauma-related needs.

- Role: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Start Date: ASAP
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils manage emotions, engage in learning, and build positive relationships. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist in implementing individual behaviour plans, and help create a safe and structured environment for all learners.
This Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Counselling, or Education, or for anyone with experience supporting children with additional needs. It offers excellent hands-on experience for those aspiring to careers in Therapy, Teaching, Youth Work, or Educational Psychology.
