As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom-helping them manage emotions, build resilience, and develop positive relationships. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff, you will implement behaviour strategies and personalised support plans tailored to each child's needs.
