Autism Resource Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to ensure the effective operation of systems and procedures within the Autism Resource Centre.

The successful candidate will:

  • Establish effective working relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Work well under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • Be passionate, flexible, and proactive in the role
  • Support practices to promote positive pupil behavior
  • Ensure compliance with statutory Health and Safety requirements

Duties include:

  • Preparation of paperwork for Annual Reviews
  • Taking and distributing minutes for Annual Reviews and other key meetings
  • Supporting the Head of Autism Resource with administration tasks
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring the effective storage of resources
  • Liaising with the LSA Assistant Manager regarding TA timetables and deployment
  • Ensuring the timely ordering of resources required across the BMW Centre
