Job Title: Coating Operator (Evening Part-Time, Late Shift)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 16:30 - 22:00
• Overtime: Available when needed (often)

Training Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
• Duration: 4-6 weeks

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coating Operator to join our team for the evening part-time shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating coating machinery and ensuring the quality of coated products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during late hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate coating machinery according to established procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect coated products for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or coating environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Training: The initial training period will be conducted during regular daytime hours to ensure comprehensive understanding of the processes and equipment. Training will take place Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:00 for a duration of 4-6 weeks.
