Job Title: Commercial Account HandlerLocation: NewburySalary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Role Summary:You’ll support the delivery of commercial insurance solutions to new and existing clients. This is an opportunity to grow with a firm that values internal progression and technical development. The role supports flexible working and a structured career path within the business.
Key Responsibilities:• Arrange and secure appropriate cover for new business and renewals: Ensure clients have the right level of protection• Handle assigned MTAs and quotations in line with strategy: Keep client coverage up-to-date and accurate• Manage client relationships and risk assessment: Deliver tailored insurance solutions• Liaise with insurers and brokers: Ensure smooth handling of quotations, policies, and claims• Maintain records and compliance systems: Support regulatory requirements and internal workflow• Manage Aged Debtors: Offer clients appropriate premium finance solutions• Handle claims as required: Provide support or escalate to the in-house claims team• Represent the business at industry events: Strengthen partnerships and stay on top of market trends
Requirements:• Minimum Cert CII or working toward it• At least 3 years’ experience in general insurance• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Good understanding of commercial insurance needs and broking procedures• Organised, motivated, and client-focused• Experience using Acturis (preferred)
