Carpenter Multi (Empty Homes Team)
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Salary: 36,000 - 38,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Carpenter Multi to join their Empty Homes Team in the Berkshire area.
You'll play a key role in preparing and maintaining empty properties, carrying out a variety of carpentry and general maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:
1st & 2nd fix carpentry on residential properties
Installing windows, doors, and fencing
UPVC repairs and installation
Locksmith work and entry methods
Kitchen fitting and general maintenance (basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating)
What you'll need:
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years' experience
Full UK driving licence
Strong understanding of health & safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with opportunities to boost earnings through overtime and call-outs.
