Headteacher - The Role
The Headteacher will provide dynamic leadership, driving the school’s vision, promotion, and continuous improvement. You will ensure outstanding educational outcomes for all students.
Through inspirational leadership as the Headteacher, you will advance our shared vision and strategic plan, motivating pupils, staff, and the wider community. As Headteacher your leadership will reflect strong educational values, moral purpose, and the beliefs of all stakeholders. Strategic planning will be central to sustaining improvement and progress.
Headteacher - The School
The school offers a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum to boys and girls, aged 6–19 years who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health complexities.
Takes full advantage of its beautiful settings and fosters a love for using the outdoor curriculum including forest school, farm experiences and horse riding. The school is within a commutable distance of Swindon, Oxford, Andover, Basingstoke and Reading and other surrounding towns and villages.
