Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our team in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring art lessons, fostering a love for the arts, and helping students develop their artistic skills and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic art lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Organize and participate in art exhibitions, extracurricular activities, and school events.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the art curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
