We have taken a brand new role for an experienced Legal Secretary!

You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal support to a thriving department within a firm known for its professionalism, client commitment, and positive workplace culture. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties Include:

  • Typing and amending a variety of legal documents with precision

  • Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments efficiently

  • Opening, maintaining, and closing client files

  • Drafting letters, presentations, and key documentation

  • Organizing internal and external meetings

  • Providing high-level legal administrative support

  • Monitoring and actioning email correspondence

  • Supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a legal support or legal admin role

  • Fast, accurate typing and document handling skills

  • A highly organised, methodical approach to work

  • Able to use initiative and work independently

  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude
