This is a varied role, and our client is looking for someone who can deal with compliance, AML, HR/recruitment, and build & maintain relationships with suppliers. If you believe you can hit the ground running and achieve fantastic results, please get in touch today!

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing group compliance and audit checks, in conjunction with Lettings Operations Director• Managing recruitment and HR processes and protocols• Managing Health & Safety policies and protocols• New joiner inductions and onboarding• Group Money Laundering Reporting Officer• Managing company hardware, in conjunction with IT supplier• Procurement and managing relationships with suppliers ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget• Managing intruder and fire alarms where required• Complaint investigations• Compilation of company statistics as required.

Personal specification:

• Experience within a similar role within the property industry• Understanding of HR processes and protocols• Understanding of relevant compliance• A strong work ethic• A positive 'can-do’ approach• Excellent communication skills• Great attention to detail• The ability to work under pressure• IT literate - excellent typing skills.

The salary on offer will be in the region of ÂŁ45,000 to ÂŁ70,000 depending on the experience, qualifications and ability of the successful candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
