As the Restaurant Manager you will be the go between and work alongside, a growing and solid group of junior staff. Manager's will be confident, leaders and also hands on to run service with the senior and junior teams all combining to deliver great service.
Manager's should have a solid and recognised within high end rosette and or Hotel Backgrounds, be very passionate about training and development, all about great and un fussy modern service standards, with a team playing attitude.
