What You'll Do:
As our Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in our client success journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Customer Accounts: Ensure order books and price lists are accurate to meet customer expectations.
  • Order Management: Oversee order fulfilment to deliver on time, every time.
  • Sales Inquiries: Respond promptly to inquiries and identify new business opportunities.
  • Quote Preparation: Obtain quotes from suppliers and prepare quotes for customers.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks in customer requirements.
  • Procurement: Negotiate cost savings while procuring materials and services for repeat projects.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer and supplier issues

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
  • Strong IT literacy is essential.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for creative thinking.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
