Are you a Business Development Manager with experience selling into the life sciences industry looking for a varied role where you will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a proven track record and a generous uncapped commission structure paid at a rate of 10% of gross profit?

On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company specialising supplying scientific equipment with an impressive product list. They have built a fantastic reputation in the industry and are looking to continue their success going forwards with an addition to their sales team.

Your role will involve being in the Newbury office, most sales will be done via phone calls, Teams and emails. You will be dealing with inbound enquiries as well as hunting new business from databases of prospective customers. This role will involve generating and qualifying new leads, account management and closing deals. Products will be sold monthly, meaning that the uncapped commission will snowball lucratively due to reorders as well as initial sales.

This role would suit a Salesperson with some experience selling into a technical/scientific industry with experience managing B2B sales in an end-to-end fashion, looking to join a rapidly growing company where you can earn brilliant, uncapped commission.
