A values-led, independently owned FMCG business is looking for a commercially astute National Account Manager to manage their key UK grocery retail accounts.
This is a full-mix role with real influence: JBP ownership, pricing and promo strategy, forecast accountability, and close collaboration with internal teams. Its a genuine opportunity to make an impact in a business with purpose and a strong growth trajectory.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Key requirements:
- FMCG experience, ideally in food or drink
- Direct experience managing or supporting UK grocery retail accounts
- Strong commercial understanding (P&L, trade spend, margins)
- Driven, collaborative, and able to work independently
