The Role:

Our client, a reputable and customer-focused motor trade business, is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team at a high-performing franchised dealership near Newbury. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the service process
Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing service schedules
Liaising with the workshop to keep customers updated on their vehicle status
Upselling service products and repairs where appropriate
Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Using internal systems (Kerridge experience advantageous) to maintain customer records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership
Warranty processing experience (essential)
Working knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop systems (advantageous)
A confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Package:
28,000 basic salary, 500 per month bonus potential uncapped!
Monday to Friday (8:00am to 6:00pm) + 1 in 4 Saturdays (half day)
