We're seeking an experienced professional for a 3-month assignment with hybrid working options. This is a pivotal role ensuring high standards in child protection and care planning.
Key Details:
- Location: Market Street, RG14 5LD
- Rate: 45 per hour
- Start Date: December (must be available before the new year)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid, but child protection conferences are always face-to-face at Market Street
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in social work supervisory and management roles
- Proven expertise as a Child Protection Chair and Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO)
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively across agencies
