Role Overview
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Newbury
- Pay Rate: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start: ASAP
- Ideal Candidates: Psychology, Education, Criminology graduates or experienced SEN support staff
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will support pupils with Autism, complex learning difficulties, PMLD, and communication needs, assisting both in the classroom and during specialist interventions. Responsibilities include supporting personalised learning plans, promoting independence, and helping pupils with emotional regulation and social interaction.
