Job Title: Process, Change and Improvement Coordinator
Location: Newbury, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 17.58 per hour

About the Role:
As a Process Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping our logistics running smoothly. You'll support and improve how we manage the movement and storage of goods across multiple sites, making sure everything meets high-quality standards and our customers stay happy. This role is hands-on and independent, giving you the chance to take ownership of important processes and work with teams across different areas to make things better every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the main contact for our third-party logistics (3PL) partners

  • Lead daily check-ins with 3PL teams

  • Solve problems quickly when issues pop up across our warehouse sites by working closely with both internal teams and external partners

  • Make sure inventory records match between our systems platforms

  • Work with planning teams to sort out any supply issues

  • Manage the careful release and tracking of regulated stock

  • Look into and report any quality issues

  • Take charge of compliance tasks

  • Suggest and lead improvements to make processes leaner and more efficient

  • Pass on any unresolved issues to your manager

  • Build strong working relationships

What We're Ideally Looking For:

  • You have experience working in warehousing or logistics

  • You know your way around warehouse systems and ERP/WMS software like Oracle

  • You're good at problem solving

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other basic IT tools

  • You understand how supply chains and operations work

  • Experience in regulated industries like medical devices, pharma (healthcare is a bonus but not essential)
