Job Title: Process, Change and Improvement Coordinator
Location: Newbury, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 17.58 per hour
About the Role:
As a Process Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping our logistics running smoothly. You'll support and improve how we manage the movement and storage of goods across multiple sites, making sure everything meets high-quality standards and our customers stay happy. This role is hands-on and independent, giving you the chance to take ownership of important processes and work with teams across different areas to make things better every day.
What You'll Do:
Be the main contact for our third-party logistics (3PL) partners
Lead daily check-ins with 3PL teams
Solve problems quickly when issues pop up across our warehouse sites by working closely with both internal teams and external partners
Make sure inventory records match between our systems platforms
Work with planning teams to sort out any supply issues
Manage the careful release and tracking of regulated stock
Look into and report any quality issues
Take charge of compliance tasks
Suggest and lead improvements to make processes leaner and more efficient
Pass on any unresolved issues to your manager
Build strong working relationships
What We're Ideally Looking For:
You have experience working in warehousing or logistics
You know your way around warehouse systems and ERP/WMS software like Oracle
You're good at problem solving
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other basic IT tools
You understand how supply chains and operations work
Experience in regulated industries like medical devices, pharma (healthcare is a bonus but not essential)
