Description
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor budgets, forecast performance, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Analyse variances and trends to identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and strategy.
- Manage cash flow and provide projections to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in year-end processes, including audits and statutory accounts preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and implement process improvements where necessary.
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
- ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified.
- Proven experience in management accounting within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards.
