Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and business plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage financial performance and provide insights.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes where required.
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Demonstrable experience as a Management Accountant.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial insights clearly.
