As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of high volume transactional finance activities including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supporting with month and year end duties.

Description

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions and reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and cost control activities.
  • Respond to finance-related queries from stakeholders.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in the property industry or a similar role is advantageous.
