- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost control activities.
- Respond to finance-related queries from stakeholders.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in the property industry or a similar role is advantageous.
