You'll lead curriculum development, raise standards, inspire staff, modernise delivery, and ensure programmes align with industry needs. You'll work with a highly supportive senior leadership team who are committed to developing you, backing your ideas, and giving you the autonomy to make real impact.

You'll also enjoy smaller class sizes (typically under 20), a nurturing culture, strong CPD, and the chance to be part of something genuinely exciting as the new campus comes to life.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced curriculum leader or Head of Department with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction programmes. The Role
*Lead the construction curriculum, raising quality and driving improvements
*Support, develop and inspire teaching staff across all construction pathways
*Shape curriculum design and ensure alignment with industry standards
*Oversee learner progress, quality assurance and programme delivery
*Work collaboratively with senior leadership on strategy and growth
*Drive innovation across teaching, learning and assessment
*Support the transition into the new 2026 state-of-the-art campus
