Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who offer master planning and urban design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work on high residential projects within their Newcastle studios.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Manage and deliver residential projects from inception through to completions
- Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other multidisciplined members of the teams
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectectural Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Experience managing complex projects within the residential sectors
- Job running experience
- Strong technical and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
