Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
- Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines
- Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions
- Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
- Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
- BSC or HND within Architectural Technology
- Proficiency with Revit
- Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice
- Experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations
- CIAT Registered would be desirable
- Experience leading projects within the residential sector
- Job Running experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
