KCR Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit and Income and Reconciliations Assistant for dynamic and growing business near Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for details and looking to progress quickly within the role.
Main duties will include:
- Processing commission statements
- Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining all the necessary spreadsheets
- Liaising with the offices to obtain statements
- Logging into partner portals to download statements
- Contacting providers via email/chat to obtain statements
- Typing up statements from postal reports to upload
- Contacting partners to resolve queries via telephone and Email
- Review unallocated daily and ensuring these are being actioned, liaising with transactional manager if any issues arise.
- Reviewing data for inconsistencies
- Complete month end reporting and analysis for the Group Transactional Manager
- Carrying out any other ad hoc duties or projects as required
