Pin Point Recruitment are looking for experienced Production Operatives for a global leader manufacturing company in the North Tyneside area.
2 Shift Pattern – 12 hr Continental shift pattern consisting of days and nights
(Every other weekend off)
Days   06:30 – 18:30
Nights 18:30 – 06:30
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating machinery and equipment in the production process.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work space.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Desire to excel within a continuous manufacturing environment
- Keen eye for detail
- Good worth ethic and willing to learn new skills
- Demonstrate innovative and problem-solving approach to work
