About the role
Working as part of an energetic and creative team, the successful Personal Development Coach will:

Support students in developing key employability, social, and personal skills.

Focus on building and maintaining strong links with local employers to secure industry placements and work experience opportunities.

Provide one-to-one and small group coaching to help learners set and achieve personal development goals.

Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and progression towards academic and career success.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Pupil Behaviour Support Assistant (Secondary) you will:
- Experience supporting young people, preferably in an educational, training, or youth work setting.
- Be patient and have a caring nature.Â
- Experience developing employer partnerships or coordinating work placements.
