We’re delighted to partner once again with our client in the professional services sector, to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor. With a great culture and lived values, the business is a great place to work.

This is a newly created role, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist who has experience recruiting for professional roles. You’ll need a couple of years’ experience and the confidence to work with senior managers to understand the roles you’ll be recruiting.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Utilising various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and career fairs, to source great talent
  • Building and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description and job advertisement drafting, application tracking, and candidate screening
  • Organising and participate in career and graduate events
  • Offering guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System
