What youll do:

• Take charge of your section with confidence and flair
• Deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Support the senior chefs in maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Contribute ideas and energy to a positive, fast-paced team culture

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a premium casual or gastro-pub setting
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food
• Calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail
• A team player whos ready to grow
