Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a passion for managing complex, multi-jurisdictional bids? We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to take ownership of the entire bid process, ensuring the submission of high-quality, client-focused proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire bid process from qualification to submission, ensuring a client-focused, high-quality outcome.
  • Manage all aspects of bid responses, including planning, structuring, content creation, and proofing.
  • Provide project management and document control support across all areas of the bid process.
  • Guide and coach team members on client engagement throughout the bid lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create tailored strategies and bespoke solutions.
  • Oversee contributions from various functions, including pricing, compliance, and business development.
  • Manage bid reporting systems and enhance content for future submissions.
  • Promote best practices and offer training to business development colleagues.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional, multi-office, and multi-practice area bids.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft, edit, and proofread.
  • Skilled in liaising with stakeholders at all levels and building confidence.
  • Flexibility and agility to meet the demands of a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Previous experience in bid management within a professional services environment is essential.
