Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire bid process from qualification to submission, ensuring a client-focused, high-quality outcome.
- Manage all aspects of bid responses, including planning, structuring, content creation, and proofing.
- Provide project management and document control support across all areas of the bid process.
- Guide and coach team members on client engagement throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create tailored strategies and bespoke solutions.
- Oversee contributions from various functions, including pricing, compliance, and business development.
- Manage bid reporting systems and enhance content for future submissions.
- Promote best practices and offer training to business development colleagues.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional, multi-office, and multi-practice area bids.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft, edit, and proofread.
- Skilled in liaising with stakeholders at all levels and building confidence.
- Flexibility and agility to meet the demands of a fast-paced, global environment.
- Previous experience in bid management within a professional services environment is essential.
