Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an industry-leading water treatment company with 35+ years of experience. We're seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in the field to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct closed system analytical testing, remediation, and pre-commission flushing.
- Perform tank inspections, water sampling, and ACOP L8 compliance tasks.
- Clean/disinfect water storage tanks, cooling towers, and shower heads.
- Service/install water softeners (Clack, Fleck, Autotrol) and RO systems.
- Carry out TMV testing, calorifier pasteurisation, and dead leg removals.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in water treatment/hygiene.
- Relevant water hygiene qualifications and technical knowledge.
- Full UK driving license.
- Proactive and organised with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work overtime as needed.
