Asset Building Surveyor - Newcastle Upon Tyne

RG Setsquare are working in partnership with one of the leading Social Housing Organisations based in Newcastle upon Tyne, who are looking to appoint an Asset Building Surveyor to join their Asset & Facilities team. Your new role as Asset Building Surveyor:

As the Asset Building Surveyor you will be focusing on the company's market rent portfolio, working collaboratively with all stakeholders, identifying, planning and delivering investment programmes, ensuring value for money and quality is achieved.

The Experience Required:

Proven experience in delivery of capital works programmes, project management, and repairs and maintenance. You will have technical knowledge of building pathology and defects, and an in-depth and current knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice relating to property standards.
