Position Details:
- Number of Positions: 2
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Hourly Rate: £13ph paid through Office Angels
- Working Pattern: Part Time
- Location: Newcastle City Centre (Excellent public transport access, no parking on site)
- Start Date: WC/ 19th May
- Training Day: 11am-3pm
Required Dates:
- Saturday 24 May: 11am-3pm
- Wednesday 28 May: 11am-3pm
- Thursday 29 May: 11am-3pm
- Friday 30 May: 11am-3pm
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers to drive annual memberships
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Offer support and information about membership benefits
- Help customers understand our money-back offer on second visits
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Enthusiasm for driving memberships and engaging with the public
